What to Expect
Daily 60 minutes :
- 15 minutes:
- Greet your new and old friends
- Perform a routine of dynamic stretching exercises
- Perform warmup exercises that increase your heart rate in preparation for the workout
- Receive explanation and illustration of the exercises and techniques that you will be performing
- 45 minutes:
- Perform the exercises that are written on the board for the day. Most often we perform our exercises in a Tabata drill sequence.
- Smile as you watch your body become the potential that is was genetically designed to be!
Monthly
- Monthly Physical fitness test with eight events
- Monthly (optional) Weigh-in and circumference measurements along with seven site bodyfat measurements with a review of progress. (most people find their progress to be eye opening and exciting)
Step outside of the box, and train indoors and outdoors with our mobile training gym.
