At Body Church Personal Training we evaluate your current physical status, and a Certified Personal Trainer structures a program of Core, Postural Corrective, Free Weight Resistance, and Cardiovascular Exercises, coupled with Nutritional Guidance.

Group Fitness
Class Structure: Group classes are structured so that individuals of all fitness levels can be accommodated. Every class is different using different equipment and exercises every time. We run the class based upon a strict time schedule so that we stay on track and are able to sufficiently stress the Core, upper and lower body, stamina, and coordination of each individual. Every exercise has different progressions possible so that a fit individual can do an advanced progression while a “new to exercise” person can do a more basic form of the same exercise and still attain their individual goals.
